We, the Oblate Sisters of Providence, faithful to our charism and the spirituality of our founders, and trusting in Divine Providence, declare our  mission is to embrace and serve others with compassion.

Our charism enables us, with total trust in God's Providence, to bring joy, healing, and the liberating redemptive love of Jesus to the victims of proverty, racism, and injustice despite contradictions, prejudice and pain.

We continue to respond to the needs of the poor, the sick, the aged, as well as those who are oppressed by racism, ignorance, illiteracy, and moral decline.
We are grateful to family, friends, and benefactors as they journey with us in our fundraising efforts. These funds are used to benefit our ministries of service and to support our senior and infirm Oblate Sisters of Providence.

You can help support the work of the Oblate Sisters of Providence.  Join us as we spread the good word of the Lord and help us continue to make a difference in people's lives.
  • We need to restore Mount Providence Motherhouse - it was built in 1960 and is in need of major repairs.
  • We need to improve the quality of health for our sisters who collectively have given many years of service to others.
  • We need to increase access to quality education for children which can make a real difference in the lives of disadvantaged families so that they can move our of the ranks of poverty and become productive members of society.
